We’re soft-sell, not Upsell…
Many of the large, national companies provide both repair AND replacement services under the guise of convenience. And yes, it is convenient if an unrepairable break can be fixed on the spot, however more often than not establishments that offer both services are really in the business of replacement, because that’s where the profits are.
Since we only focus on repairs, we go above and beyond to actually repair damage instead of find reasons for a replacement. We fix many things “the other guys” won’t consider repairable…cracks up to 18 inches long, severe chips with star cracks, and more. In fact, we pride ourselves on being able to “fix the unfixable” – within reason of course!
And if we are advising that a windshield does in fact need replacement, you can rest assured it’s necessary, and not because we need to make that new boat payment or sales quota for the month.
Safety is always our Priority
Many people have been misinformed and led to believe that a cracked windshield runs the risk of falling in or out. This is simply not the case. Structural integrity of a windshield is largely due to its PVB inner layer, this is what keeps road debris out and you in the cabin of the vehicle.
The truth of the matter is that cracks and other damage to a windshield can pose a threat of obstructing one’s view while driving. A bright flash at the wrong moment in driving could mean an error resulting in an accident. Or possibly, Police might pull a driver over for a traffic stop, and as a secondary offense give a driver a ticket for a cracked windshield… rarely if ever is it the primary offense.
But with a proper repair all of this is remedied and replacements staved off for another day, keeping your drivers safe and on the road.

Our Fleet Maintenance Agreement means we regularly check in and stop by to walk your lot, no scheduling required.
