No, however, if you’d like to take advantage of your glass comprehensive coverage benefit and still use our services, you can submit our invoice for reimbursement through your auto insurance company. What Can I Expect from the Windshield Repair?

The discoloration in the break is air, which expands and contracts with hot and cold temperatures. The technician will assess, reveal unseen damage and apply the best technique to siphon the air and inject an acrylic resin that cures by ultra-violet light. The primary objective of a windshield repair is to keep the damage from cracking any further and secondary is to clear the damage as much as possible. You may still see some distortion and refraction of light based on the age, size and location of the damage in your windshield.

Can’t I Repair it Myself with a Store-Bought Kit? Super glue? Clear Nail Polish?

Clearview Windshield Repair has been repairing and saving windshields for over 23 years. Over two decades, we have perfected our repair technique and tested many industry resins and tools to find the most successful way to repair a windshield. An unskilled attempt at repair will likely lead you to a windshield replacement. Please never use any substance to try and stop damage from spreading. Substances such as super glue, clear nail polish, heavy-duty tape, caulking, etc impedes a proper repair and increases the risk of failing. Give us a call instead.

“I recently scheduled an appointment to have my wife’s windshield repaired at her office. The Clearview Windshield Repair Technician arrived and examined the damage and told her that this type of chip did not require a repair. We were pleasantly surprised to not even receive a trip charge. Thank you for great customer care.”
